Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 6 November 2026
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Piki Pata website and your interactions with Piki Pata Enterprise Limited (“Piki Pata”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Piki Pata is a private limited company registered in Kenya and provides short- to medium-term micro-lending to boda boda riders, as well as fuel financing and fleet-tracking services.
Website information
Information on this website is provided for general information about Piki Pata and its services. Website content, examples and service descriptions are not an offer or guarantee that any application will be approved, that a particular amount will be advanced, or that a service will be available to every applicant.
Applications and eligibility
Loan and other service applications are subject to Piki Pata’s assessment, verification and approval processes. For motorcycle-backed lending, the process may require identity and KRA information, motorcycle ownership and logbook documents, insurance, photographs and a valuation. Piki Pata may request further information reasonably required to assess or administer an application.
Loan products and individual agreements
The website describes Jiinue short-term loans, including stated durations of 30, 60, 90 and 120 days and a stated interest rate of 5%, as well as daily repayment options. Actual eligibility, principal, interest, fees, repayment dates, security requirements and other applicable conditions must be confirmed in the offer and the individual loan agreement provided to the borrower.
Where a borrower enters into a separate written loan agreement, that agreement governs the specific facility and prevails over any inconsistent general description on this website. The loan agreement may address repayment through the stated M-Pesa Paybill, security over a motorcycle, GPS tracking, default, recovery and related charges.
Fuel financing and tracking
Fuel financing and fleet-tracking services are provided subject to the service arrangements communicated to the customer. Availability, operating requirements, repayment arrangements, equipment responsibilities and any applicable charges will be confirmed by Piki Pata when the service is arranged.
Customer responsibilities
- Give true, accurate and complete information and promptly tell us if relevant information changes.
- Provide documents and reasonable cooperation required for verification and service delivery.
- Make payments in accordance with the applicable agreement and use the correct payment reference or account details supplied by Piki Pata.
- Take reasonable care of any tracking equipment provided or installed as part of a service, and promptly report loss, damage or malfunction in accordance with the applicable agreement.
- Use this website and our services only for lawful purposes and respect the rights and property of others.
Payments and communications
Payment instructions, account references and customer support details will be communicated through the relevant service or agreement. You are responsible for checking payment details before making a payment. We may contact you using the contact details you provide for application, account, repayment, service and support matters.
Website availability and external links
We aim to keep the website useful and accessible but do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors. Links to third-party websites or services are provided for convenience; Piki Pata does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability or terms.
Limitation and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Piki Pata is not responsible for losses arising solely from temporary website unavailability, reliance on general website information instead of an individual written agreement, or third-party services outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits any rights you have under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing a revised version on this page. The updated version will apply from the date stated on the page. Please review it periodically.
