End User Licence Agreement

Limited permission to use

Piki Pata grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to access and use the website and any digital service made available to you, solely for lawful purposes and in connection with the services for which it is provided. This is a permission to use the service, not a transfer of ownership.

Your responsibilities

• Provide information that is accurate, complete and up to date when using a service or submitting an enquiry or application.
• Keep any account credentials, access codes and devices used to access a service secure, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
• Use the website and digital services lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, damage, reverse engineer, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code or gain unauthorised access to systems or information.
• Do not copy, modify, distribute, resell or commercially exploit the website or software except where applicable law permits or we have given written permission.

Ownership and intellectual property

The website, its design, text, graphics, branding and software, and all related intellectual property rights, belong to Piki Pata or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you under this Agreement.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue all or part of a website feature or digital service for operational, security, maintenance or business reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Third-party services

Some features may rely on third-party platforms or providers, including payment, messaging or tracking services. Your use of those services may also be subject to the third party’s terms and policies.

Termination

This permission ends automatically if you materially breach this Agreement. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, our systems or our legal rights. On termination, you must stop using the affected digital service.

No replacement of loan documents

This Agreement concerns use of the website and digital services. It does not itself approve a loan, set an individual borrower’s repayment obligations or replace a separately issued or signed loan agreement. The applicable customer or loan agreement governs those matters.
